Following law school, Mr. Chan represented both Fortune 500 companies and individuals in high-stakes litigation while practicing at multinational and prominent San Francisco law firms. After years of practicing at top-tier law firms, he observed a troubling pattern from firms he was litigating against: many victims of accidents, employees, and business owners were receiving inadequate legal representation. Cases were often mishandled, clients were overlooked, and rightful compensation or resolution was frequently denied.
Motivated to address this gap in the legal system, Mr. Chan founded Bay Area Legal Ally to provide the level of legal advocacy and attention to detail that every client deserves.
